BLESSING WITHOUT SORROW
"The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it." Prov.10:22
It seems we have shifted focus from the LORD to His blessings. We spent our whole day seeking The LORD'S blessings, endeavouring to make ourselves rich but not giving a glance at the LORD Himself. No wonder we get entangled 24/7 with little or no time for the LORD.
"It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep." Psalm 127:2
The old hymn writer El Nathan wrote "There
shall be showers of blessing, if we but trust and obey, there shall be season refreshing, if we let God have His way
O comrade, that's the secret to blessings without sorrow.
Trust and Obey the LORD in all your endeavours, let Him have His way and you shall have rest roundabout. That's blessing.
