EXPLOITS: GOD'S PERSPECTIVE 3

EXPLOITS: GOD'S PERSPECTIVE 3
1B. To enforce the kingdom of Jehovah wherever the Church is found.
"Ye are the salt of the earth:..." Matt.5:13
There are three things salt does:
1. Salt sweetens;
2. Salt preserves; and
3. Salt stops decay
The presence of salt does either of these whenever it comes in contact with things; it is either it sweeten them or preserves them from decay or stops decay in already decaying object. It doesn't shout nor does it struggle to achieve all these, it's just natural for it to do so. It's capacity to do so is inherent. It enforces decorum because it has an inherent flavour (savour). If a soup is already sweet, of what essence shall the salt be? If there's nothing like decay, there shall be nothing like preservation hence, salt shall be irrelevant. Because these things exist, therefore salt is paramount.
To enforce Jehovah's kingdom (that is, to enforce righteousness, peace and bring men to experience the joy in the Holy Spirit) in this bitter, decaying world, we must be salt which has not lost the inherent flavour.
Bitterness (wickedness, injustice, brutality) will continue in this decaying (corrupt) world if we refuse to fulfill our purpose as the salt of the earth.
Do you just shout "I am the salt of the earth" when in sincerity you know you have lost your savour (integrity, moral stand) in that neighborhood, in that office, in that workplace, in your home etc?
O comrade, arise, cry to God for restoration for without this inherent savour (life of Christ), you can never fulfill purpose.
May heaven hear our cry for restoration and restore us in Jesus' name.
Shalom.
