Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he PURGETH it, that it may bring forth more fruit." John 15:1,2.
A young man asked in one of our programmes "Why do believers still pray for purging? Are we not sanctified already? If no, explain in the light of Hebrews 10:10."
That was an intelligent question but it is clear the young man and perhaps his teachers are destitutes in the knowledge of the wholesome word of God.
If a man interprets the word of God out of context, it will be to the detriment of his own soul.
To make a believer see clearly what God inspired the writer to write:
1. A believer MUST first believe that Genesis to Revelation are all parts of what is called the Scripture in 2Timothy3:16,17 and that no part of the Scripture contradicts one another but rather complement, explain, and/or buttress one another.
Anyone who claims to be a believer but does not believe in the whole Bible as God's word can NEVER know or understand the truth that is meant to set him free.
When deceivers who will present the deception which has the capacity to get almost every believer off track and even the very elects as Jesus Himself claimed if the day of His return is not shortened come on board, the first thing they will try to achieve is to make gullible believers believe there are contradictions in the Bible and therefore convince them that some parts should be thrown away, edited or abrogated.
O comrade, are you also caught in the web of these spreading deception? Follow this teachings which will last few days from today with a clear, free heart and I pray that the Lord will open your eyes to see the truth that sets free.
"Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts" Hebrews 4:7
