WEIGHTS AND SINS 2

"Therefore let’s also, seeing we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let’s run with perseverance the race that is set before us," Hebrews 12:1 WEB
At salvation, God never took away our will power. Though the power of sin had been crushed on the cross and it no longer has power to force us against our will like it used to do and still does to unbelievers, we still have our will power intact and can choose either to sin or carry weights or say no to temptation to sin and weights.
By the above scriptural verse, it is our responsibility to lay aside every of those weights and sins.
So many have argued "If God does not want me to do it, He will not let me love it since I have the mind of Christ".
Don't be deceived O comrade, Jehovah God is not a terrorist. Whatever is controversial in the church, stay away from it. Be on the safer side.
Think about it.
Shalom.
